2. Buying from Our Website
When you place an order, you’re offering to buy goods from us. Once we’ve received your order and payment, we’ll send you a confirmation email. This email confirms we’ve got your order—it doesn’t mean it’s accepted just yet.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if:
The item is out of stock
There’s been a pricing or description error
We’re unable to verify payment or delivery info
If this happens, we’ll let you know right away and issue a full refund.
3. Payment
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
We accept major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment options.
Your card will be charged when the order is placed. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
4. Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses and (strictly on request) to selected international destinations. Delivery charges and estimated times are shown at checkout.

Once dispatched, responsibility for the goods passes to the courier—if something goes wrong, we’ll help sort it as best we can.

We’ll refund your item cost (plus standard delivery) within 14 days of receiving the return. You’ll need to cover return postage unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

You can return items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:
Unused and in original packaging
Not excluded from returns (e.g., earrings, custom/personalised goods, perishables)

7. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’re on it.
